TRANSPOSE moves the voice up to an octave either way. TUNE corrects it to your key. ROBOT holds every note on one pitch. MIDI sings the voice at the notes you play on a keyboard.

Choose the character, not just the settings. Three analog units: the same circuit, voiced like three boxes off the same bench. Switch between 1, 2 and 3 and keep the one that sits best in the mix. Questions

Will it make my singer sound robotic?

Only if you ask it to. The pitch engine keeps the formants where they were, and GLIDE at 4 to 6 gives a correction you don't notice. Raise GLIDE further for a singer who slides into notes, and the slides survive.

Can I get the hard-tune sound?

Yes. TUNE with GLIDE at 0 snaps each note instantly. The Hard Tune category has 24 presets built on it.

Can I record through it?

Yes. Turn HQ off to lower the latency while you track, or monitor the singer dry and record the plugin's output. Turn HQ back on for the mix. Your DAW compensates for the latency on playback either way.

Do I need a MIDI keyboard?

No. MIDI adds playing the vocoder, talkbox and pitch from keys, and TUNE following your chords. Everything else works without one.

Do I still need my other vocal plugins?

Often not. It has its own compressor, de-esser, gate, four-band EQ, air, width, delay, shimmer and hall, and 20 Vocal Chain presets that put them together for you.

Does it work in my DAW?

Any 64-bit DAW that loads VST3, AU or AAX plug-ins, on Windows 10 and 11 or macOS 11 and later. The installer puts each format where your DAW looks for it.

How many computers, and does it need the internet?
