Return Policy
Every paid audio plugin from Vox Samples is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a plugin isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you — no questions asked. Some purchases include an Extended Guarantee, which gives you longer.
Standard 30-day refund window
You may request a full refund on any paid audio plugin within 30 days of your purchase date. The purchase date is the date shown on your order confirmation email.
You don't need to explain why. Downloading, installing or activating the plugin does not affect your eligibility.
Extended Guarantee
Some products and promotional offers include an Extended Guarantee, which replaces the standard 30 days with a longer refund window. Where an Extended Guarantee applies, the period stated at the time of purchase is the one that counts.
You can check whether your purchase includes one in either place:
- The product page you bought from, where the guarantee is listed alongside the licence and update details.
- Your order confirmation email, which lists the guarantee that came with your order.
If the period stated at purchase and the period on this page ever disagree, the longer of the two applies.
How to request a refund
- Email contact@voxsamples.com from the address you used at checkout.
- Include your order number and the name of the product you'd like refunded.
- We'll confirm by email, usually within one business day, and process the refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are issued in the currency of your original order. Once processed on our end, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
What happens to your licence
Your licence is perpetual for as long as you own the product. When a refund is processed, the licence for that product is cancelled and you agree to uninstall the plugin and delete any copies, including any bundled presets, sample packs or bonus items received free with that purchase.
Free products, bundles and bonuses
- Free plugins and free bundles carry no charge, so there is nothing to refund.
- Bundles and multi-item offers (for example "Buy 2, Get 1 Free") are refunded as a whole. We can't refund one item from a bundle and let you keep the rest at the discounted rate.
- Free gifts and bonus items included with a purchase are part of that purchase and are cancelled along with it when a refund is issued.
Try before you buy
Most of our paid plugins have a free demo version with the same audio engine as the full release, so you can test it in your own sessions before spending anything. Look for the free trial download on the product page.
Repeat refunds
Our guarantee is here so you can buy with confidence. We reserve the right to decline refunds where there's a clear pattern of repeat purchase-and-refund activity on the same account, or where a purchase was made fraudulently.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Vox Samples Pty Ltd is an Australian business. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer protection law that applies to you. If a product is faulty, doesn't do what we said it does, or isn't fit for its stated purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of the time periods above.
Technical problems
If a plugin won't install, activate or run correctly in your DAW, contact us before requesting a refund. Most issues are resolved in a single email, and we'd much rather get you up and running. Support is available at contact@voxsamples.com.
