Refund policy
Refunds
Every paid Vox Samples product comes with a 30-day refund, unless a 90-day extended refund is stated for that product. If a plug-in or pack isn't right for you, you can ask for your money back within 30 days of the date you bought it, or within 90 days if your product has the extended refund.
How to ask for a refund
- Sign in to your account at voxsamples.com/account.
- Open the order you'd like refunded.
- Choose Request a refund, tell us briefly why, and send.
Refunds are normally processed within 3-5 business days, and you'll get a receipt by email when it's done. A refund covers the whole order and goes back to the payment method you used. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.
If you can't sign in, email contact@voxsamples.com with your order number instead.
What happens to the product
A refunded product is no longer licensed to you. Plug-ins that activate with your email address stop working at their next online check, and you should delete any installers, plug-ins and sample files from the order. Once refunded, an order can't be reinstated: to use the product again, buy it again.
What isn't covered
- Free products and free downloads (there's nothing to refund).
- Orders past their refund period (30 days, or 90 days for products with an extended refund).
- Orders that have already been refunded.
Your rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in it limits them. If a product has a major fault, you're entitled to a refund whenever you report it.
