"Stutter" controls beat repeater speed, while "Refresh" controls how fast it updates. "Sync" buttons allow you to choose between setting miliseconds or in terms of project BPM.
Stutter Master 2 adds 3 new modules: "Filter", "Fade" and "Stereo". Essentially you're getting 4 glitch effects in one plugin! These modules sweep with the "Stutter" speed. "Filter" is a low-pass filter with resonance, "Fade" controls the volume while "Stereo" is a widening effect without phase issues.
